Due to the manual processing involved we do not accept reseller permits or any kind exemption to sales tax.
If your shipping address is in California you will be charged sales tax. If your shipping address is outside of California you should not be charged any sales tax.
If you are a reseller in California and are reselling the products you purchase from us you can deduct the sales tax you paid on the purchases from the sales tax you owe the state. You can deduct the tax on the back of BOE form 401 A on line 10 B.
