| 10 Day No Hassle Return Policy:
If you want to return your item for any reason within 10 days of delivery simply send us a e-mail requesting an RMA number along with an explanation of why you want to return the item and your order number. We will usually issue an RMA number to you and provide instructions on how to return the item in 1-2 days.
Once we receive the item, you will receive a full refund for your purchase price and the original shipping charge. You will have to pay the cost of returning the product to us.
Any item you return must be received in the same condition that it was shipped to you in and include all accessories, manuals, software, etc. that came with the product.Wrong Item: If we ship you wrong item due to a packing error your original payment
(not including the shipping charge) will be refunded and we will
reimburse you for the return shipping cost by US Postal Service First
Class mail, Priority mail or Parcel post (actual postage only). Your
return shipping cost will not be refunded if you use Express mail or
any carrier other than the US postal service.
If you believe the wrong item was sent to you please send us a e-mail
describing the item you were sent along with your order number or sale receipt number.
Once we have received the incorrect item the correct item will be shipped to you and your refund will be issued.

guarantee that your order will arrive intact and free of damage. If
your shipment is lost or anything is damaged please contact us and will
take care of it right away. You will have to fill out, sign and return
a short form if we need to file a insurance claim on the order.
For
UPS orders you will have to provide any information needed for the UPS insurance claim process. 90-Day Warranty: All items purchased through our website come with a 90-day warranty.
If your item fails during this time, please send us an e-mail describing the problem. We will try to work with you to solve the problem. If the problem persists, we will issue an RMA number to you and provide you with return instructions.
Once we receive the item it will be inspected and tested to verify it's condition. If the item is defective we will replace it if another one is available. If no replacement is available we will issue a refund for your original payment (including the shipping charge). In both cases you will receive a refund for your return shipping cost by US Postal Service First Class mail, Priority mail or Parcel post (actual postage only). If the item is not defective, you will receive a refund for your original purchase price only and none of the shipping charges will be refunded.
