Shipping & Order Processing

USA Shipping:
Free standard shipping on all retail USA orders. No minimum order.

For USA orders with free standard shipping we may ship the order by First Class mail, parcel post mail, Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you need your order delivered by a specific date or shipping method you will need to choose that shipping method and pay for shipping.

Wholesale accounts will be charged for shipping based on the weight and destination of your order.

International Shipping:
Free standard shipping is not available for international orders. For international orders we ship by US Postal Service First Class Mail International (orders under 4 pounds), US Postal Service Priority Mail International or US Postal Service Express Mail International.

General Shipping:
Most in stock orders placed before 12 PM pacific time Monday thru Friday ship the same day. All other orders will ship out on the next business day.

If your order cannot be shipped right away due to a back order or other issue we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated ship date.

We are closed on weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the next business day.
