IMPORTANT NOTE: You have to create a listing for each item at least once before it will work properly with Keep One Listed. To do this select all items that you have never created a listing for and choose Submit to eBay. When the schedule dialog pops up choose to have eBay Blackthorne schedule your listings and choose a date several day in the future. Once eBay blackthorne is done scheduling the listings you can go to the scheduled listings view and delete all the listings you just created. I am not sure why this is necessary but if a listing has never been created before eBay Blackthorne ecounters errors when trying to list it. The lsiting does get submited but usually does not show up in the running listing filter and may be missing pictures. Following the steps above should prevent this. User interface: File Menu: - Process. This will scan through your Blackthorne database and create and schedule listings for the current date and time. Options Menu: Process Regular Listings: - With this option checked your regular listings from the Setup Inventory screen will be processed. Process Store Listings: - With this option check your store listings from the Setup Inventory screen will be processed. Use FP30 For Store Listings: - With this option checked fixed price 30 day listings (FP30) will be used instead of store inventory format listings. Exit after Processing: - Select this option to have Keep One Listed exit after processing. Check for relistable Items: - This will scan your relistable items and schedule a relist for any items that need to be listed. - Notes: - Only single quantity auction and fixed price listings can be relisted for a listing credit according to eBay rules. Relists for Multiple quantity and eBay store items will be created if a relistable item is available but you can not get a relist credit for them. - Relisted items are not changed in anyway. If you made a 'special' listing auction with a price higher / lower or any other changes from the original item the changes will also be in the relisted item. Set Schedule Time: - If you want to set a specific time to schedule listings use this option and set your time. With this option unchecked listings are scheduled for the current time. - Check the 'Schedule for the next day' box if you want your listings to be scheduled for the following day if the schedule time for today has already passed. Notes: - The seller combo box allows you to limit the inventory you see on the inventory setup screen to a specific seller or allows you to show all inventory by selecting 'Show all sellers'. - For store items it is assumed all your items are set up as auctions or fixed price listings with a Buy It Now price. If your item does not have a buy it now the store item that is created will be invalid and you will need to manually add a Buy It Now price. - Archived items are ignored. They are not processed and will not have listings created for them. An archived item will also not show up on the inventory setup screen.
